 光谱陶瓷科:研发光谱功能性陶瓷材料。目前主要是研究高反射率材料 。

 高反射率材料是指在可见光、红外、紫外区域里(UV-Vis-NIR 300-2200 nm)光谱平均反射率高达92%以上的材料。

美国、英国、德国等国家都有专业性的公司从事高反射率材料及其衍生品的开发研究和生产。

   景德镇和兴陶瓷研究所用近十年的时间研究开发成功在可见光区域(380nm~780nm)光谱平均反射率高达95%的新型陶瓷材料;采用精心的控制技术后,材料的可见光区域里的光谱反射率高达98%

      高反射率陶瓷材料技术特点:

  • 1300度的高温烧结。烧结后的材料中不含有有机粘结剂

  • 可以控制烧结程度,使烧成后的吸水率可以0.5~15%中变化。

  • 高反射率陶瓷材料表面光泽可以调整,从漫反射到有镜像光为主的反射。

以高反射率陶瓷材料为基础所开发的产品:

可见光区域里的光学测量积分球(Ceramic integrating spheres 陶瓷激光腔体。由于用烧结法制备,不含有有机粘结剂,易于建立稳定的光学测量的数据。本陶瓷材料的强度高,易于制造在不同环境下使用的、具有优越抗震性能的光学测量积分球。这种使用高反射率陶瓷材料制备的光学测量积分球具有不同于硫酸钡,聚四氟乙烯的优良性能。

以高反射率陶瓷材料为起点,通过掺杂高温黑色色料和有色色料形成在可见光区域光谱平均反射率可以控制的新材料。用这些合成的新材料制备具有良好光谱中性、耐温性能和耐候性能等用于白度测量值传递和仪器校检用的系列白板(Ceramic Gray Scale Standards(反射率大于90827365);具有良好色饱和度、耐温性能用于色差仪测量值传递和仪器校检用的系列色板(Ceramic Color Standards) (红、黄、绿、蓝板);用于反射光谱仪测量值传递和仪器校检用的系列白板(Ceramic Gray Scale Standards(反射率〉90755025

目前陶瓷标准板制作的尺寸可以从10mm,1000mm, 能够满足从实验室仪器测量到野外遥感测试的需要。所能加工积分球的尺寸目前最大直径可到500mm

民用产品:如陶艺用泥料,色釉和色料,以及对颜色有严格要求的齿科材料:烤瓷粉等。

激光挡板。以高反射率陶瓷材料为基础,制备高导热、高强度激光挡板,以便承受大功率激光照射而不开裂熔化。

选择性透射材料。在可见光区域高反射且红外区透射材料。

高性能隔热材料:可见和红外区高反射且气孔率高达90%以上,耐1300度以上高温产品。

已形成的产品:

  • 陶瓷激光腔;高反射率陶瓷板(95);中性灰板;色板,光学积分球。

  • 同时已储备对颜色有严格要求的齿科材料:烤瓷粉

An Introduction to High Reflection Ratio Ceramic Material Program

High reflection ratio ceramic material (HRRCM) applies to materials, in the band of visible, infrared, ultraviolet light (UV-Vis-NIR 300-2200 nm), whose average reflection ratio of light spectrum is or over 95%. Countries like United States, Britain and Germany have undertaken the project with the aim of research and production of high reflection ratio materials and their derivatives by professional business organizations.

Jingdezhen Hexing Ceramics Research Institute (JHCRI) has succeed in developing a new kind of ceramic material, which derives the utility from its response to visible light with wavelength from 380nm to 780nm. The average reflection ratio has reached to 95% after nearly ten years’research and development. Furthermore, a very elaborate technology control could improve the ratio to a record by rising four percentage points. In the past one year, JHCRI has accelerated the speed of research in infrared and ultraviolet area.


   Technique characteristics of HRRCM:

  •   1300 high temperature sintering. No organic bond left.

  •  Controllable sintering. The hygroscopicity after sintering varies from 0.5%                      to 50%.

  •   Surface luster is adjustable from diffuse reflection to mirror reflection.

HRRCM Products Development:

Utilities applied to Optical Measurement Integrating Sphere and High Temperature Laser Cavity in the band of visible light. Due to the application of sintering technique, there is no organic bond left. Stable optical measurement data can be easily established consequently. Also, it is highly strengthened, and especially suitable for optical measurement integrating sphere, which can be used in various working conditions and have excellent anti-quake performance. The integrating sphere made from our HRRCM owns special characteristics different to Barium sulfate and Tetrafluoroethylene.

Take HRRCM as a starting point, many new materials will be derived by mixing into high temperature black and other colored pigments. These new compounds meet the requirements for white board production (Reflection ratio required to be over 90%, 82%, 73% and 65%). Their upstanding spectrum neutrality and well refractory performance are designed for whiteness measurement data transmitting and apparatus calibration application; the great saturation and refractory performance are applicable for color-difference meter (Red, yellow, green and blue board used as data transmitting gained from measurement and apparatus calibration); The dimensions of the standard ceramic board are available from 10mm to 1000mm. They generally cover all kinds of applications from the measurement in laboratory to out-door remote control experiments. At present, we can produce integrating sphere with the diameter reaches to 500mm.

We are able to provide materials for broil porcelain teeth. They are carefully chosen and having no harm to human body.

Utility as Laser Block. Based on high reflection ratio ceramic materials, the laser block exhibits the feature of crack-resistance and fusion-resistance under irradiation of large power laser.

Selectivity transmission material. This material can reflect visible light and transmit infrared light.

Products, whose features can be ascribed as below: Highly reflection against visible and infrared lights; the porosity is over to 90%; highly strengthened; 1300 high temperature resistance.
