Hu Jingping was
born in JiangXi province in 1964.He had been a
student of Mr .HuangxiuQIAN WHO WAS A Ceramic
Linguistic artist. He graduated from Chinese
Painting and Calligraphy Correspondence University
as the first graduates in 1988. He is a member of
JingDezheng Ceramic Art Research Institute and the
host of Chan Yue Painting and Calligraphy Temple
Hostel. He does well in portrait-painting and
Culture Revolution Character painting, also is able
to draw foreign characters, beasts, flowers, and
birds. His poetry and lyrics and calligraphy have
unique style, refined and meaningful. He has taken
part in all kinds of paintings and calligraphy
exhibitions in and out of the province in session.
His painting style was highly praised. JingDezheng
Daily Newspaper, Ceramic Information Newspaper and
other magazines have ever published his works. In
January 1999 JiangXI TV Station Noon News has ever
spared no effort to cover him and his works, having
great effect in society. As he ignores reputation
and fame that he always keep quiet. Although he was
born in a poor family, he has deep love to
calligraphy, rather than common customs. He is
solitary but devotes himself to the painting career
wholly. He once laughed at himself "there is a canoe
in the river, drifting aimlessly, an invisible
person with sedge, idling around." |
